Due to the immediate digital delivery of custom generated crochet patterns and PDF schemes, sales are generally non-refundable once content generation is initiated and delivered to the user.

2. Exceptions & System Errors / Винятки та технічні збої

If a payment was completed but a system failure prevented pattern rendering or PDF generation, users are eligible for a full refund or free re-generation. Please contact support within 14 days of purchase.
